For Parents, Educators & Counselors

Dream It, Be It: Career Support for Girls® is a Soroptimist program that helps girls explore career possibilities, connect with role models, set goals, build resilience, and identify resources that can support their future.

Soroptimist International of Lincoln presents the local program over five weeks, meeting once each week for approximately one hour and 15 minutes. The program is provided at no charge to participating girls.

Our goal is not to tell a girl what her future should look like. It is to help her understand herself, discover possibilities, build practical skills, and recognize the many educational paths available after high school, including college, trade programs, apprenticeships, certifications, and other professional training.

Your future doesn't need a perfect plan. It just needs a starting point.

Dream. Discover. Rise. Thrive. Leave ready to take your next step.
