Unlocking Your Potential

Empower Her Day is a transformative, one-day experience hosted by Soroptimist International of Lincoln designed specifically for teenage girls (ages 13–17). Held at the McBean Pavilion on January 30, 2026, this event is more than just a conference—it is a launchpad for the next generation of confident, resilient, and inspired female leaders.

Dream It, Be It

Dream It, Be It Programs are provided through the local high school. Each high school has a different registration process. Ask your school counselor when the program will begin at your school.

The workshops are usually provided weekly at lunch time on the high school campus and are free of charge for girls to attend.
